Information on this website

Our guides about Tulum are for general trip planning. Entry fees, opening hours and site rules are set by the parks, cenotes and authorities, and they can change without notice. Please confirm them before you go.

Booking a tour

Tours are booked by message on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when we send you the final price, date and pickup time and you accept them. The cancellation terms shown on each tour page apply to that tour.

Your safety

Follow your guide's instructions, especially when swimming in cenotes or the sea. Tell us before booking about any health condition that may affect walking, swimming or heat.
